Kate, who was born in New Jersey and works as a content creator has amassed over 250,000 followers on Instagram and more than 300,000 on TikTok.
The couple began dating in 2022 after they were pictured together for the first time attending a Halloween party dressed as Baywatch’s Pamela Anderson and her ex Tommy Lee.
Two months later, they made their red carpet debut together at the British Fashion Awards in London and again for the premiere of Louis Tomlinson’s documentary All Of Those Voices.
The couple had documented their various travels together, having visited Dubai, New York, Italy, Spain and France on several occasions.
This was the same for their final trip together as Liam took to Snapchat and announced: “It’s a lovely day here in Argentina.”
“This is the breakfast table. Just enjoying coffee and breakfast even though it’s 1 pm.”
In another post, they posed for a selfie with the caption, “Quality time” and teased: “Halloween costume idea: Forest Gump.”
As the tributes poured in from fans and other celebrities, Kate shared her own moving statement and revealed she was “at a complete loss.”
The 25-year-old penned: “Thank you for all of the kind words and love that has been sent my way.
“I have been at a complete loss. Nothing about the past few days have felt real.” (sic)
Kate added: “I ask and pray that you’ll give me the grace and space to navigate this in private.
“Liam, my angel. You are everything. I want you to know I loved you unconditionally and completely. I will continue to love you for the rest of my life. I love you Liam.”
