'Victim' of MrBeast's trans co-host Ava Kris Tyson releases new bombshell statement

The alleged victim of MrBeast’s former co-host has released a new statement after ‘inappropriate’ messages about sexual topics surfaced online.

Ava Kris Tyson, 28, came under fire this week for forming a relationship with a then 13-year-old, known only as Lava when she was 20 – eight years before transitioning genders.

Lava, now 20, had previously branded the allegations as ‘massive lies’ that were ‘twisting the truth,’ but dozens of Discord messages from 2019 in Tyson’s server featured explicit content, despite the presence of children.

Screenshots from the server claimed to show words like ‘c*m,’ NSFW (not safe for work) and ‘porn.’

‘These conversations should not have happened with people at the age I was at the time; I strongly condemn them,’ said Lava.

‘I was a minor in this situation and not the adult influencer who shouldn’t have allowed this to happen. I did not see this as wrong at the time.’

However, one hour after issuing the statement, Lava shared another post on X saying: ‘This is only related to the Discord server, and not any other statements I have made regarding Ava Tyson.’

He included a post from June 24 where he stated that ‘the allegations involving my name aren’t true.’

DailyMail.com has contacted Lava regarding the allegations against Tyson.

Tyson is a childhood friend of MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, collaborating with the content creator on his runaway success YouTube channel, which has earned Donaldson a net worth of $700 million

The initial allegations against Tyson this week stemmed from interactions with then 13-year-old Lava. The pair were allegedly introduced after the child won an online competition.

Tyson — who has a son with her ex-wife — is said to have spent years communicating with Lava on public online forums and co-ran a Discord server.

The Discord saga began when ‘Nathan’ posted two videos online, claiming that Tyson had him and Lava ‘wipe the server’ so ‘no one could see [Tyson] was spamming corn to minors’—corn is used on social media platforms to reference pornography.

‘This server later went public and became his official server,’ Nathan explained.

The screenshots were allegedly from logs of the server, which were downloaded by a moderator at the time named ‘Cookie.’

Lava had previously refuted Nathan’s claims that the server was cleaned.

In a post on X on June 24, Lava wrote: ‘We did not scrub the Discord clean of racist remarks or porn. We did convert the Discord from a private one to a public one in a day after it had been made public.’

Then on Friday, it appeared that Lava did a U-turn on the statement. 'Based on the recent screenshots and messages, I would like to make a statement about the 'Discord,'' he shared, including a screen shot of the discussion to wipe the severs

‘Based on the recent screenshots and messages, I would like to make a statement about the ‘Discord,” he shared.

‘This was 5 or 6 years ago, and I thought I had a good memory of the situation, but I was wrong. After reading the chat logs, this stuff was inappropriate and wrong.

‘I spoke based on my memory of the situation, and I still do not remember these conversations, but they definitely happened.’

Nathan has claimed that Tyson also exploited him, sending him sexual content on the server.

He also highlighted a screenshot allegedly sent to a moderator,  which included a discussion about deleting the ‘n-word’ from the server.

Tyson had also been accused of racism this week after a series of racially insensitive social media posts emerged.

In one post, Tyson appears to joke about police brutality and in another, the YouTuber calls Islam a ‘backwards religion that hates anything different.’

The nearly decade-old tweets also included a video where Tyson can use the n-word and justify the racist slur by saying ‘but I’m not relevant.’

On Tuesday, Tyson said she would be stepping back from her role as a presenter and co-host on the channel.

In an X post that day, Tyson wrote: ‘I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intent.’

‘Seeing recent events we’ve mutually decided it’s best I permanently step away from all things MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health.’

MrBeast broke his silence on July 15, sharing a statement on X, saying he immediately removed Ava Kris from the show, despite her previously saying they mutually agreed she should depart.

‘During that time, I have been focused on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure I have all the facts.

‘That said, I’ve seen enough online and taken immediate action to remove Ava from the company, my channel, and any association with MrBeast. I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions.

‘I will allow the independent investigators the necessary time to conduct a comprehensive investigation and will take any further actions based on their findings.’
