A YouTuber paid the price for getting on the wrong side of a UFC star, left beaten up and choked out after his prank went very wrong.
Raul Rosas Jr is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in UFC, winning nine of his 10 bouts to date aged just 20 years old.
Rosas was working out in a Las Vegas gym, running on a treadmill flanked by members of his team when he was approached by a member of YouTuber channel TopNotch Idiots.
The YouTuber told the UFC sensation he was ‘using his treadmill’, demanding he move down the line. ‘I use this specific one, you can ask the gym owner, my boy. He [Rosas] is using my s**t right now.’
‘I find it kind of disrespectful that you’re using my treadmill right now.’
The YouTuber continued to antagonise Rosas, with a member of the fighter’s team attempting to calm the situation. Rosas is then ushered down the row of treadmills, urged to keep his mind focused on his workout.
But a few moments later, the YouTube piped up again, staring out the fighter as he tried to train.
This time, Rosas delivered a warning of his own. ‘You don’t know who I am bro,’ he said. ‘You better be playing bro, ‘cos I’m going to f**k you up for real bro. You f*****g interrupted my workout. Get out of here before I f**k you up for real.’
But the prankster continued to cause trouble, appearing to steal a weight from under Rosas’ nose before following them into a sparring area – where Rosas wasteD little time in throwing a huge right hook his way.
After accusing Rosas of throwing a ‘cheap shot’, the prankster continued to throw verbal jabs before being invited into the MMA cage for a taste of the real thing.
The YouTuber is swiftly sent to the mat with Rosas piling in to land more shots on his grounded opponent, who immediately begins shouting: ‘It’s a video!’
Rosas then pulls off his boxing gloves to apply a chokehold with the prankster immediately tapping out as the fighter’s team pile in to separate them.
Visibility shaken and gasping for breath, he comes clean, telling Rosas and his team ‘he is a YouTuber who makes prank videos’, pointing out his hidden cameras.
Rosas and his tormenter then appear to settle the beef on camera, even complementing him on his decision to join him in the cage. ‘When you got in the cage that’s when I was like, you got b***s though.’
