For daters today, even a tiny turn-off can give you “the ick” – that sudden feeling of repulsion towards a new or prospective romantic partner. “Icks” are rarely rational, entirely subjective – and can completely ruin all prospects of romance.

With this in mind, we’d like to hear about the things which have given you the ick. It could be anything from seeing a prospective partner clap when a plane lands – a commonly cited ick – to pushing on a pull door, or saving their mum in their phone under “mummy”.
