WE all know parenting can be expensive.
So we’re all happy when a bargain buy can help stretch your paycheck.
And now one supermarket has an offer that is too good to refuse.
One savvy mum took to social media to share the deal and it can save you a tonne of money.
While a typical pack of nappies can cost £5 she found a bargain in stores that was just 4p per nappy.
Natasha Elder shared an image of her trolley filled to the brim with the budget-friendly buy to keep her child clean for weeks.
She said: “Rascal and Friends nappies reduced to clear in Tesco (rebranding).
“They’re excellent quality nappies! Various sizes available but I only got two different sizes.”
On offer was Size 3 – £5 each (58 in a pack), Size 5 – £3.69 each (74 in a pack) and Size 4 had 62 in a pack – but she couldn’t remember the exact price.
And if your child is a size 5 then you are in luck as one nappy will cost just 4p.
The brilliant saving is perfect for parents looking to save cash, but you’ll have to be quick.
The sale could vary from store to store and is only available for the brand’s old packaging.
She shared the savvy buy on the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, which boosts over 2 million members.
People were quick to thank her for the heads up.
One person wrote: “The nappy pants are awesome.”
Another commented: “Need to go!”
What can I get with Tesco Clubcard?
TESCO’S Clubcard scheme allows shoppers to earn points as they shop.
These points can then be turned into vouchers for money off food at the supermarket, or discounts at other places like restaurants and days out.
Each time you spend £1 in-store and online, you get one point when you scan your Clubcard.
Drivers using the loyalty card get one point for every two litres spent on fuel.
One point equals 1p, so 150 points gets you a £1.50 money-off voucher, for example.
You can double their worth when you swap them for discounts with “reward partners”.
For example, £12 worth of vouchers can be swapped for a £24 three-month subscription to Disney+.
Or you can swap 50p worth of points for £1 to spend at Hungry Horse pubs.
Where you can spend them changes regularly, and you can check on the Tesco website what’s available now.
Tesco shoppers can also get Clubcard prices when they have the loyalty card.
The discounted items change regularly and without a Clubcard you’ll pay a higher price.
These Clubcard prices are usually labelled on shelves, along with the non-member price.
But it’s worth noting that just because it’s discounted doesn’t necessarily make it the cheapest around, and you should compare prices to find the best deal.
You can sign up to get a Tesco Clubcard in store or online via the Tesco website.
“These are the best nappies,” penned a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth told a friend: “Stock up!”
“These are definitely the best nappies we’ve tried,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Oh wow, I’ll pop in.”
