Parents ‘mortified’ as son, six, catches them ‘naked wrestling’ and threatens to tell his teachers

A COUPLE were left mortified when their six-year-old son caught them in the middle of some ‘alone time’ during coronavirus lockdown.

Janine Ley, 38, from Newport in South Wales, said she was left totally embarrassed when son Noah, six, walked into the living room to find his parents in a ‘compromised position.’

The mum and husband Kevyn, 41, have had to sneak around the house for the past few months to get any alone time but were left gobsmacked when Noah walked in.

Sharing the experience on Facebook, Janine wrote: ‘Family lockdown problems #101.
“Last night me and my husband got caught in a little bit of a compromised position by our 6 year old.”

“He asked us, ‘what we were doing?’ And my panicked husband replied that we were naked wrestling.

“Only for my 6 year old to jump on my husband’s back to join in on the wrestling match too.

“Oh my days!! I literally can’t cope.”

The hilarious post instantly went viral with over 11,000 likes and hundreds of comments from fellow parents sharing their embarrassing experiences.

Janine, who is also mum to Ethan, 13, and ten-month-old Nellie, said lockdown has made getting any alone time difficult.

Kev and I were downstairs and thought it an ideal opportunity to have a quickie.

She said the kids have been running around the house and their grandparents have been unable to come and stay – so the task has been impossible.

She said: “We have had to sneak around the house the last few months like a pair of naughty teenagers.

“But it’s not our parents who have caught us this time – it has been our kids.

“All the kids were upstairs, bathed and settled in their bedrooms.

“Kev and I were actually downstairs and thought it an ideal opportunity to have a quickie.”Describing the mortifying moment Noah caught his parents in the act, Janine said a few minutes in – her husband Kev screamed in horror.

The couple spotted six-year-old Noah stood wide-eyed and open mouthed in the middle of the living room – watching them in a compromising position.

She added: “Noah asked us what we were doing and a panicked Kev told him we were naked wrestling.

“Noah then decided to charge at us and jump on top of his dad’s back to try to join in on the wrestling fight too.

“We were really embarrassed to say the least, mortified actually, but Noah was giggling and thought it was hilarious and didn’t have a clue really what was happening.”

The mother said Noah even offered her an arm wrestle while she was frantically trying to pull her clothes back on.

Since the incident, six-year-old Noah has asked his parents, "Why do people naked wrestle?"

However she said she has been glad their fiasco had left fellow parents laughing and admitted they have been giggling about it in the last few days.

Since being caught in a ‘compromising position’ Noah has asked his parents questions like “Why do people naked wrestle?” and, “Do they do it like in wrestling cages on TV?”

Dad Kev has told Noah that it is for adults only and suggested he forget about it.
Janine added: “Noah has gone back to school now here in Wales.”

Kids are not for the faint hearted!

“He had been naughty yesterday, and Kev told him he was going to tell his teacher about his behaviour today.

“But then this caused Noah to reply “Don’t worry dad, because I am going to tell my teacher you have been naked wrestling!”

“Oh my days – Kids are not for the faint hearted!’

The couple think lots of parents can relate to the situation and said many people have been commenting that they have ‘been there and worn the T-shirt’.

She said the family loves making people laugh and are glad to have made a lighthearted situation during tough times.
