WHEN we were kids our dream home probably looked like a theme park with slides instead of stairs, indoor swings and roundabouts between rooms.
As adults, a good-sized kitchen, running water and a decent boiler are at the top of our agenda. But would you still make your indoor playground if you had the cash?
One fun-loving mum has given her kids a magical underground soft play area complete with ball pools, slippery slides and obstacles to entertain all ages.
While it seems she hasn’t shared her secret room online, her friend can’t help but show it to the public.
Victoria Garland has gone viral on TikTok after giving her followers a sneak peek at the colourful wonderland in her mate’s cellar.
Almost 200,000 people have tuned in to explore the play den, and they’ve all confessed their jealousy.

One user exclaimed: “Noooooo that is seriously the coolest thing, how could anyone resist.”
Another gushed: “Ok, wow, I’m kinda jealous.”
And there’s one thing everyone is talking about: the lady must be loaded.
“We can only dream of something like this! Oh to have money,” said one envious mum.
“Wish I was rich living in a mansion,” shared another.
In the clip, Victoria descends the stairs into the basement, the walls of which are lined with colourful sponge tiles.
At the bottom, she wades through a ball pool and pans right to reveal a steep red slide.
The room also features a mini ball pit full of giant soft shapes and a giant mound with a ladder for kids to climb across.

There’s a circular cut-out in another wall for access to more soft play fun, and a mini slide for smaller tots to enjoy.
Victoria films toddlers flying down slides and disappearing into the ball pits, only to pop up with huge grins on their faces.
She even has a go on the steep slide (accessed via a trap door in the kitchen) – and it looks like tonnes of fun.
Mums of TikTok shared their envy and admitted they’d do anything to create the room for their own children.
“Kids must love it, I wish I could something like this for mine – looks fun,” commented one viewer.

Another is planning to copy the ingenious idea and change her whole home design in the process.
“This is why we haven’t finished our basement! We’re doing this instead of bedrooms,” she revealed.
