Mum-of-22 Sue Radford says ‘it’ll be nice’ when the kids move out & reveals what the pair will do… but Noel’s not sold

SUE and Noel Radford have revealed what they plan to do once their bumper brood finally flies the nest.

The couple, who share 22 children, shared responses to their most commonly asked questions in a brand new YouTube video uploaded earlier this month.

And while most were focused on how the parents, from Lancashire, afford to look after their kids, the pair also revealed what they planned to do once all their children were grown.

Although it seems Noel might need convincing, with the question, ‘What do you think you and Noel will do when all of the kids grow up and move out’, dividing the pair.

Sue suggested: “So I think we’ll just travel in the motorhome, that’s what I think we’ll do.”

Noel chimed in: “Thatt’s what we’re going to do. It would be nice to do that, to be honest.”

Although Sue appeared to start second-guessing her answer, turning to Noel to add: “You’ll probably still be working when you’re 70, Noel.”

He replied: “I hope not, oh god I hope not. Really do.”

Explaining why this might be the case, Sue said: “He doesn’t like handing over responsibility.”

To which Noel added: “That’s my problem, I think. ‘It’s alright, I’ll do it, I’ll do it’.”

“So that would be really nice, to be able to do that, but I don’t know.”

Although having their kids at home still hasn’t stopped the pair from going abroad.

The family has been on a whopping 16 holidays together – and in 2022 alone, this included trips to New York City, Disneyland Paris, and the Maldives

They’ve also enjoyed various staycations in their £40,000 motorhome, including one earlier this year.

The pair took to YouTube in May 2022 to share a glimpse inside their latest purchase, which came fitted with a full-sized fridge and freezer, and a huge bed that could fit up to six of their kids.

Sue said: “It’s very exciting.

“Can’t wait to use it, make lots of memories in it, it’s going to be absolutely amazing.”

After looking at various layouts, Sue and Noel settled for one with plenty of seating at the back.

Sharing a glimpse around the huge vehicle, they revealed the bathroom came fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet – although Sue insisted it’ll be Noel’s job to empty that.

The kitchen also came with a decent-sized oven, plus an electric and gas hob.

There’s another seating area with a table towards the front of the van, which again turns into a bed, as well as a bed above the front driver and passenger seat.

“We’ve actually got an awning that goes on the outside with a little annex for a bedroom,” Noel said.
