WE all want our kids to explore their creative side, but sometimes their art projects end up on walls and furniture instead of paper, which isn’t ideal.
That’s exactly what happened to one mum when her tot drew all over her TV stand.

The mum posted in the Facebook group Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It, asking the cleaning fans for the best way to remove the marks.
She explained: “My two-year-old got hold of a felt tip pen and drew on my wooden TV unit I could cry!
“Anyone got any ideas how to get this off without ruining it?”
It turns out the keen cleaners had a few different tricks they wear by for removing pen marks, and you’ve probably got at least one of them in your home already.
Hairspray seemed to be the go-to product for a lot of the Hinch fans, who thought it would banish the stains.
“Hairspray. That’s my go to when my daughter does this kind of thing,” one mum wrote.
A second agreed: “I used hairspray to get ink off my leather suite and it worked – don’t know if it would work on wood, worth a try.”
Meanwhile, other cleaning whizzes suggested putting hand sanitiser to good use.
One reassuring mum said “it works wonders for pens and felt tips” in her home.
She continued: “I have my boys and their cousins here on a regular basis and sadly felt tips and pen marks are inevitable especially in the worst places ever!
“Hand sanitiser has been a peace and calm bringer for me in my newly refurbished and extended home.”
Other suggestions included toothpaste mixed with baking soda and nail polish remover.
Eventually, the mum did manage to remove the stain with a magic eraser sponge, which was also a favourite for the cleaning fans.
“I tried magic eraser and it’s worked thank you everyone,” she raved.
