Candice Warner showed off her toned abs on Sunday as she enjoyed a sunny day out with her daughters.
The former ironwoman, 39, was spotted getting in some quality time with her three young girls as they went for a family run in Maroubra.
Candice was seen going for a jog with daughters, Ivy, 10, Indi, eight, and Isla, five, as they exercised near their home.
As the mother-of-three flaunted her toned tummy in a black crop top, she matched it with a pair of tiny black shorts.
She wore dark sunglasses as she ran along the path behind her three young girls.
At one point, Candice was seen carrying her youngest daughter Isla on her back after the tiring exercise session.

Candice, who is married to cricket legend David Warner, is undoubtedly in the best shape of her life.
Her new personal trainer, women’s strength coach Annabelle Owen, recently shared details on the work Warner has been doing in the gym to achieve her peak physique.
The cricket WAG turned media personality reached out to a colleague of Annabelle’s at Titan Fitness in March 2024, and hasn’t missed one of their three per week sessions since.
‘Candice doesn’t come from a strength athletic background,’ Annabelle told Daily Mail Australia in November.
‘She’s primarily a runner and a surfer, so I was actually quite impressed from day one because I wasn’t expecting her to be so strong.’
After ‘several months’ of consistent training, Annabelle revealed Candice is squatting 60kg.
‘As a busy working mum, like a lot of my clients, we keep her sessions super structured. They’re no longer than 45 minutes, so we keep it efficient.’
Candice trains three times a week, doing a lower body session on Monday, an upper body session Tuesday, followed by a rest day, and an then overall body workout on Thursday: ‘So we’re hitting everything [in the body] twice a week.’

The reason Candice sought out a strength trainer ‘was mostly to have the structure with her routine and training.’
‘Like most people, having a coach and something to show up for makes it easier to stay consistent with showing up,’ Annabelle said.
‘It was also to shift away from her regular training, and what she was used to from when she was an athlete, to focus more on getting strong.’
As an example of a workout, the trainer added she’ll often start with a compound moment, whether that’s a squat, bench press, or deadlift, and then move onto more isolated movements which might target Candice’s hamstrings, quads, triceps, and biceps.
‘We usually start with a bigger movement first and then move into those smaller targeted areas for individual muscle groups,’ Annabelle continued.
‘We’re trying to get heavier with the weights each session. My goal with [Candice] is to get her some good numbers on her squat bench presses and I think that will make her feel really confident.’
As with all exercise, consistency is the key to improvement. But there’s another component before that: ‘Enjoyment.’
‘If you enjoy something, then you’ll be consistent,’ Annabelle added. ‘And what happens from there is looking good is just going to be a byproduct of that.’
