Liam Gallagher is once again teasing fans on X as he ‘confirmed’ the lineup for the Oasis Live ’25 tour with one major member missing.

We’re months away from the start of one of the most highly anticipated tours of the year and still know barely anything about Oasis’ reunion.

Liam, 52, is happily teasing us with regular rants on X, including the latest, where he took issue with NME reporting the band lineup as leaked by a source.

He then proceeded to share his own lineup, which was missing Oasis legend Paul Arthurs, affectionately known as Bonehead.

Bonehead, who was an integral part of Oasis during their early years, was previously confirmed as returning by a source.

Instead, he shared it would be Tony McCarroll on drums, Alan White on bass, Zak Starkey as lead guitarist, and Chris Sharrock on keys.

‘That’s a BANGING line up,’ wrote the Cigarettes and Alcohol hitmaker before saying he was heading for a nap because people were ‘exhausting’.

A fan replied asking ‘So — Three guitarists? Noel, Gem, Bonehead ??’ to which Liam reiterated: ‘Noel n Zak cmon keep up.’

However, knowing Liam’s penchant for keeping us on our toes – and the fact all the bandmates listed are primarily drummers – take his lineup with a pinch of salt.

One fan joked Bonehead would be there, but just making hot drinks rather than performing.

The beloved guitarist contributed to their hit debut album Definitely Maybe and the follow-up (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?

Although he left the band in 1999, he has maintained close ties with Liam, most recently performing with him on the Definitely Maybe anniversary solo tour this past summer.

‘Bonehead and Guigs are pole dancers either side of stage there idea not mine bfore you all start on the faministik nonsense,’ Liam replied.

Just in case there was any confusion, he also confirmed he would be singing – calling the fan who asked a ‘lunatic’.

This X rant started after NME published a story reportedly confirming the lineup, according to a ‘source close to the band’.

Liam took issue with this, asking the publication to tell him who their ‘source pots are’ in exchange for an exclusive interview.

He clarified it wasn’t the lineup reveal that ‘bothered’ him Instead, he was ‘more bothered about the line where it says a source close to the band and tour’.

‘That really causes me a great deal of concern,’ added the Slide Away hitmaker, claiming this is why the band broke up in the first place.

A fan said: ‘Info has been leaking for a while what does it matter now? The tour is around the corner anyways.’

To which Liam replied: ‘Coz we’re not messing about this time any BIGMOUTHS talking to the press are gonna get dealt with. That’s what broke OASIS up before.’

Oasis split in 2009 after a backstage fallout between the brothers, which was preceded by countless instances of them taking aim at each other both on stage and off.

Noel notoriously said Liam was ‘like a man with a fork in a world of soup’, a dig which his younger brother got him back for years later.

Oasis will embark on their UK tour starting with a gig in Cardiff on July 4, before going to Edinburgh, London, and homecoming shows in Manchester.
