Pete Wicks faces being dumped from Strictly Come Dancing tonight after ending last night’s live show rock bottom of the leaderboard on a night where Sarah Hadland and Tasha Ghouri set pulses racing with near perfect scores.

The 36-year-old television personality scored just 27 points which is four points adrift of next nearest celebrity Wynne Evans after his Cha-Cha-Cha was given a 4, 7 and two 8s.

Meanwhile, Sarah and Tasha are sitting pretty at the top of the pile after impressive performances in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

‘I cannot believe it,’ he tells Claudia Winkleman after joking, ‘I don’t want to see me dance’.

He then thanks the public for voting him through to keep his Strictly journey alive.

What do you think of Pete’s progression?

Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left ‘in despair’ after the results of Saturday’s show were leaked once more.

The pre-recorded results show airs on Sunday and is filmed immediately after the live show, which this week took place in Blackpool’s iconic Tower Ballroom.

And over the past few weeks, the identity of the latest star to be sent home has been revealed in advance, ruining the show for many and leaving fans furious.

And this week the results are already circulating on X, revealing the two couples in the bottom two.

And the revelation has divided with fans with some shocked that one couple has managed to avoid the dance off again, branding the show a ‘joke’ while others are glad that those in the bottom two will have to fight for a place next week.

Strictly viewers are left ‘cringing’ over Pete Wicks’ performance

Strictly Come Dancing fans were left ‘cringing’ after watching Pete Wicks’ dance routine on Saturday’s instalment.

The duo displayed their skills with a very bold routine to I’m Too Sexy by Right Said Fred, which got a mixed reception from the judging panel and viewers.

During their act, Pete was seen transforming from a police officer to a glam all-pink look, rocking tight latex fuchsia trousers and heart-shaped sunglasses.

While some found it ‘funny’ and ‘iconic’, other viewers of the show were left very unimpressed – and slammed bosses for making Pete ‘the joke act’ of this season.

Hello and welcome to MailOnline’s live coverage of the Strictly Come Dancing results show from the Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

It’s that time of the week when we wave farewell to one sequin-wearing celebrity whose had their last dance on the ballroom.

Last night saw Sarah and Tasha impress by the seaside as they both scored a near-perfect 39 points, while Chris also had a night remember as he scored two 10s on the way to a superb 37.

However, it appears the cha-cha-chances of Pete lifting the Glitterball Trophy next month are diminishing after he ended the night in last place with 27 on the scorecards.

Join us tonight as we bring you the latest updates and reaction from the Strictly results show in Blackpool plus all the best pictures and videos.
