Kanye West’s Malibu mansion is reportedly up for sale again amid Bianca Censori divorce rumours
Just six months after the Touch The Sky rapper, 47,sold his 4,700-square-foot beachfront house at a huge loss for $21 million, it is back on the market for $30 million.
Realtors Amanda Lynn and Dylan Eckardt are listing the property, with Dylan telling Variety: ‘This is one of the bigger listings for me and Amanda together. I’m gonna sell it this time to a great collector who wants to finish a masterpiece.’

Ye, formerly known as Kanye, purchased the unique property worth $57.3 million (around £45.3 million) in 2021, created by the architectural legend Tadao Ando who only works on a few designs each year.
Quickly the star began stripping out its features, as the kitchen, bathrooms, and even light fixtures were gutted.
Construction halted on the property at the end of last year, and the house was left open to the elements after the windows that gave an ocean view in the beachside property, were removed.
Last January the home went up for sale for a price that’s now been reduced to $39, 000, 000 (£30.4 million). This means a loss of $18.3 million for the rapper if it sells at this price.
The New Yorker Magazine shared a video showcasing the ‘disembowelled’ interior of the artist’s home and fans were less than impressed with the rapper’s home improvements.
‘This hurts so much. What a masterpiece it used to be, it’s heartbreaking,’ Avajansson commented.
‘The whole thing looks like an NCP car park anyway,’ BBC radio host Greg James commented, accurately.
The National Car Park (NCP) structures are huge concrete buildings scattered across the UK that are known for their functionality rather than overt beauty.
‘What a travesty against architecture and design. and a distasteful display of the wastefulness of wealthy, spiteful (insane) individuals,’ Sodaly added.

The controversial rapper has been a frequent figure in the headlines this year after hisBianca Censori went fully nude at this year’s Grammys, and declaring himself a ‘Nazi’ on social media platform X, which has reportedly left his wife of two years ‘traumatised’.
Rumours of a split between the couple are swirling after attentive fans noticed that they no longer follow each other on Instagram.
The Golddigger rapper and his employee Bianca were first seen at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills sharing a meal on January 9, 2023, per TMZ.
It was later revealed that the pair secretly tied the knot in December 2022, just one month after his marriage to Kim Kardashian officially ended.
Kanye and Kim married in 2014 and share children North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. The Kardashians star first filed for divorce in 2021.
