This May, a brand new festival will arrive in the UK. Promising a 360º immersive experience, music lovers won’t want to miss out on Polygon Live LDN — and you could be one of them.

We’ve teamed up to give away 20 pairs of tickets to the festival, which is opening in London’s Crystal Palace Park on May 2 for an epic three-day event.

The lineup boasts popular artists such as Max Cooper, Jon Hopkins and Tinariwen, as well as the likes of Arooj Aftab and Photay.

There are also some newly announced Sunday artists, including Acid Pauli, Âme DJ, ANONM, Kiasmos in a UK festival exclusive, nimino and Red Axes.

But this isn’t your average music festival. Polygon Live features a unique dome design that will fully immerse gig-goers in ground-breaking spatial sound and synchronised lighting.

Fans will walk into a specially designed outdoor ‘spaceship’, made up of two huge domes, boasting just shy of a whopping 200 speakers.

For the first time ever, the festival steps things up with a unique design featuring two identical domes of 12.1.4 immersive sound.

Powered by L-Acoustics, this is 360 spatial audio, meaning the sounds don’t just blast from the speakers;  instead, individual elements moves and flows around the system.

No matter where you stand, the sound quality inside the domes never reduces as the music moves around you as if you’re inside the track itself.

A normal stage setup means the further away from the front centre that you stand, the less encompassing the music becomes — but not with this festival.

And that’s before you get to the giant wall of subwoofers to really bring the bass throughout the numerous artists performing their live sets.

Polygon Live LDN has five times the number of speakers a standard live event usually uses, so prepare for audio quality like you’ve never known before.

Of course, sound isn’t the only thing a great festival needs. LED lighting is placed between each speaker, perfectly synchronised to the music.

Speaking about previous events, musician Viken Arman shared: ‘It changed everything: the way I play and what I play. And the most important, the reaction of the crowd.
