I’m called a council estate mum because I won’t send my son back to school after he was suspended for using the toilet

A MUM has slammed her son’s school after he got in trouble for using the toilet when he wasn’t supposed to.

Sam Harry, who posts on social media as @samharry1102, claims her son was suspended because he was late for his lesson after going to the toilet.

Sam said she didn't send her son to school following the two day suspension

According to Sam, her son has was suspended for two days following the incident, which she said wasn’t his fault.

“He went into school on Tuesday, used the toilet and went straight to lesson,” she said in the now viral clip.

Sam went on to explain that her son suffers from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and has a toilet card to use at school because of this.

So when the mum asked the school what the problem was with him using to loo, they allegedly told her he “walked around the halls for six minutes before his lesson.”

However, once they checked the cameras in the school hallway, Sam said her son was proved to be telling the truth.

“To make it even worse, on the way to the loo he stopped to speak to a teacher, who happens to be the attendance teacher,” Sam added.

Apparently, the teacher told her son to go to the late hall, but agreed to let him use the toilet befoehand.

But after using the loo he went straight to his lesson so he wouldn’t be late, which bizarrely landed him in even more trouble.

The mum then refused to send him back into school after the two day suspension over the debacle.

“I just don’t get how they can suspend somebody for using the loo,” Sam raged.

But other parents insisted there must be more to the story to make the school so annoyed.

“I’ve been around the block enough to know it’s not the full story and you would believe anything he says,” one person commented.

And a second agreed: “Shock another council house mum acting like she knows more than the school.”

But Sam insisted she didn’t leave anything out of the story, and maintained her son did nothing wrong.

Some people supported Sam and her son in the comments, one wrote: “I would report them to the school board as that’s not on.”

“I don’t get why schools think toilets are a privilege,” another chimed in.

And someone else said: “My kids aren’t allowed to use the toilet in their school unless it’s break time, it’s ridiculous.”

In a follow up video, Sam hit back at people calling her a ‘council house mum’ and said that doesn’t mean she’s not telling the truth.

“What’s wrong with living on a council estate? The best people come from council estates,” she said, adding that she works six days a week.
