She said: “All four of my kids are fair, and burn very easy. However, none of them particularly like being covered in suncream.

“I’m sure you remember being head to toe in suncream and grumpy.

“However, I find these three suncream protection hacks really do help.”

In the short clip, she revealed her first hack, using translucent powder SPF.

The mum added: “I apply it in the middle parting of their hair, and also around their eyes, after I have applied sun cream.”

For body application, the mum recommended picking up a tanning mitt for £1.

“They cost around £1 and stop your hands from getting cream on them,” she explained.

“They spread the suncream evenly around the body and it takes half the time.”

Casey’s final tip was to use a make-up sponge or brush for easy face application, that rubs into the skin in seconds.

The video posted to her Instagram account @majorbuncehome was a hit with fellow parents.

The video was liked over 500 times and people quickly flooded to the comments to thank her for the hacks.
