HOW many kids is too many kids?
For these busy mums, the limit does not exist, as they currently care for 10 kids aged just a few months up to 7-years-old.
Christie Duffy raises the kids with her wife and describes themselves as: “Foster-Adopt family of 12. 2 moms. 10 kids. Live. Laugh. Love. Spread Kindness”
Christie explained that all her foster kids have siblings in the house, which is one of the reasons they have so many, as: “All our kids are sibling to someone in our home.”
As well as being a mum to multiple young kids, Christie finds time to also be a professional footballer for the DC Diva’s, an all-female American football team.

They took in a newborn on December 1 and are open to caring for more children.
Before December the youngest was Jaxon, 3, and their oldest is Kyle, 7.
A lot of the kids are the same age as Charlotte, only boy Jordan, and twins Kacey, and Kassidy, are all 5-years-old.
On Tiktok, Christie shares her own takes on parenting, videos on the families routine from meals to getting in the van to go to school, doing her kids hair, to each child saying what they are thankful for at thanksgiving.
The couple made a Tiktok where they wrote out all the common criticisms they receive as a large foster family,
They captioned it with: “Our family make up isn’t for everybody, but for our kids we are everything.”
Then wrote: “You have too many kids” “Children need a dad/father” “You’re kids are too spoiled” “2 moms is a disgrace” “You know what causes children, right?!” “You can’t save them all, I hope you know that” “Your kids need to be with their biological families.”
To which the two mums sung along to the Simple Plan lyric: “I’m sorry I can’t be perfect.”
Many came to their defence as other parents commented: “You are perfect though”
“I love y’all’s family,” a dedicated viewer said.
Many also agreed that: “I love your family those kids are blessed” as they also said the baby doesnt know how lucky they are to have been placed with them.
“But, but, but…. your family IS perfect! It’s perfect for you and absolutely perfect for them.”
Some got angry about the rude things people had said to the big family, saying: This ticks me off! If people are happy, the kids are happy, safe, and know and feel loved leave them the heck alone! How are your lives hurting.”
“Your family is perfect to me,” one added sweetly.
