Spiritual coach Latha Jay shared her view in a TikTok video online.

She said: “I think the best time to get pregnant is, like, September, October.”

Latha argues you’ll be done with your first trimester but Christmas so you can enjoy all that festive food

The new mum said: “Because then by the time the holidays come around, like November, December, you’re already through the first trimester.”

“All that morning sickness is kind of done with. And then you got a little pooch anyway, so you can eat all you want. You don’t gotta worry about anything.

By the middle of winter you will be sleeping loads and you won’t need to worry about staying awake.

Latha said: “You’re in sweater weather, nice and cozy. Second trimester, you’re, like, full on into winter.”

“And you wanna be sleeping anyway, so it’s perfect. You’re like a little bear hibernating.

You’ll be in your third trimester by spring so you can enjoy all the new flowers in bloom.

Then your baby will be born in summer.
