A woman claims ‘jealous’ girls are forced to ‘drag’ their men away from her in the gym as they’re scared she will steal them away. Isabella Garcia trains for up to three hours a day in her local gym, but reckons her skimpy gym sets have made other girls feel threatened and she’s got herself into trouble with girlfriends for being ‘too revealing’.

The glamorous 28-year-old spends time in the gym perfecting her physique, but while she looks amazing with her eye-popping curves in her brightly-coloured, barely-there outfits, it’s made other ‘possessive’ girlfriends furious due as she trains alongside their fellas. Isabella said men stare “endlessly” and will approach her.

Isabella, from LA, isn’t one to shy away and regularly flaunts her figure in bikinis and tiny gym fits on social media, but said her appearance leaves girls both in and outside the gym worried she’ll steal their boyfriends. “I get way too much attention from guys when I’m working out. The staring, the lurking, the ‘accidental’ need for help – it’s endless.

“Some even fake struggling with weights just to get me to notice them. Newsflash, if I can deadlift more than you, I don’t need your help.

“If women are jealous of me, that sounds like a ‘them’ problem,” she explained, and added: “I’ve literally seen girls grab their boyfriends mid-conversation and drag them away. If that’s happening, maybe your issue isn’t me – it’s your relationship.”

Her relationship with the gym started 10 years and now focuses on cardio, weights and kickboxing too. Isabella said: “It started as a personal challenge, I wanted to see just how much I could push my body, how much I could transform it. At first it was about looking good, but the stronger I got the more I realised it was about power, control, and confidence.

“I wasn’t just working out, I was building the body I wanted from scratch. Now I go to the gym at least two-three hours a day up to seven days a week. This isn’t a hobby, it’s a commitment. I don’t just squeeze in a workout, I build my life around my training.”

But she admitted she loves to “make an entrance” in the gym by wearing bright sets and cropped tops. She’s adamant she will never hide her body away as she works on it for up to 21 hours a week. The influencer said: “I’m not out here training in stilettos, but I do love making an entrance.

“Bright gym sets, cropped tops, fitted leggings – I’m here to look good and train even better. I also wear weighted ankle straps when I feel like making my workouts extra brutal and I always have my boxing wraps on, even if I’m just lifting.”
