Sex & The City is back – and while the follow-up TV series will focus on middle-aged Manhattanites trying to navigate dating in the age of Tinder, it’s made us all nostalgic for the days when Carrie used to schedule ill-advised dates with potential boyfriends on her landline, usually while wearing an outfit lifted straight from the pages of Vogue.

After all, the Emmy-winning comedy was at least as much about fashion as it was about sex. So, naturally, we couldn’t help but wonder…What would Carrie wear from the spring/summer 2019 collections? Even if some of her looks occasionally missed the mark, she remains a style icon after all of these years for a reason. (Remember when she wore a lime-green chequered belt around a bare midriff with a matching skirt? Us too.)
