SHOP WISELY: Not everything labelled “menopause” is worth buying.
Money saving expert Sarah-Jane Outten, of myvouchercodes.co.uk, warns shoppers not to be sucked in by menopause skincare and clothing.
She says: “When it comes to skincare, needs are different depending on the person.
“Labelling a product ‘menopausal’ suggests it’s one size fits all. That’s not the case.”
She says that any clothing with wicking or 100 per cent cotton will help with sweating or hot flushes.
