Emmerdale fans spot huge blunder as Cain Dingle finally discovers Joe Tate is alive – but still faces prison for his murder

EMMERDALE viewers have noticed a huge blunder after Cain Dingle discovered Joe Tate was still alive.

The mechanic – who is played by actor Jeff Hordley in the ITV soap – was finally told by Kim Tate last night how Joe is still alive and he isn’t a murderer by showing him the picture of him alive in Monte Carlo.

However after Kim deleted the picture from her phone, Cain believed there was no evidence of Joe being alive and considered Kim’s blackmail offer of having sex with her in return for the evidence.

Viewers have pointed out how Cain doesn’t need Kim’s evidence of Joe being alive – the police would be able to find him.

They are frustrated with the blunder and the show for “dragging on” the storyline that began with Joe seemingly being murdered last October.

One wrote: “So really all Cain needs to do is either find a detective to search for Joe, or contact the police and tell them about Kim’s phone… they can retrieve deleted photos and messages but no!

A second said: “If Cain didn’t kill Joe then why is he worried about police evidence? Tell Kim to sling her ‘ook. #Emmerdale”

Another added: “If Kim’s hired hand can somehow manage to track down Joe alive & well why can’t the bloody Police also do the same?

“Kinda starting to look like serious harassment the way they constantly keep targeting him #Emmerdale”

However, it can be revealed that next week Graham Foster will go to the police and tell them Joe is alive to stop Kim from murdering him.
