Elton John supported by David Furnish as he's spotted after worrying health admission

Sir Elton John looked smitten with his  husband David Furnish as they attended an exclusive viewing of The Devil Wears Prada musical.

The couple who have been together since 1993 stepped out in London hand in hand to see the production which is set to debut on October 24.

Elton looked dapper in a black suit that he dressed down with a white T-shirt underneath. He completed his look with a large silver cross necklace and black square-rimmed glasses.

The 61-year-old was all smiles as he held Elton’s hand, sporting a matching look but with a white buttoned shirt under his suit jacket.

David added a black backpack to his look, which casually hung from his right shoulder.

Despite Elton’s legendary six-decade career, he has shown no sign of retiring as he is preparing for The Devil Wears Prada musical’s debut after writing the score, alongside collaborator and lyricist Shaina Taub.

This comes after the recent release of his Disney Plus documentary, Never Too Late, which gave a candid look at his last-ever US live shows.

While reflecting on his impressive journey, Elton made a brutally honest admission about his fears surrounding death.

The 77-year-old said: “This is the latter time of my life. I don’t know how much time I have left.”

“You think about that more when you get to my age,” he added.

Throughout his life, Elton has had a myriad health battles, and once joked: “I don’t have tonsils, adenoids or an appendix. I don’t have a prostate. I don’t have a right hip or a left knee or a right knee.”

Joking about the single remaining original part, the singer quipped: “In fact, the only thing left to me is my left hip. But I’m still here.”
