Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, ex-wife of David Hasselhoff, has died at the age of 62, it has been claimed.

The actress, most known for her role as Kaye Morgan in Baywatch and stint in Celebrity Big Brother, was reportedly found at her home in LA on Wednesday night.

According to TMZ, law enforcement officers claim that her family raised the alarm after they hadn’t heard from her, and wanted to ‘check on her out of concern’.

LAPD officials are thought to have responded to a call about a body after 10pm yesterday.

Her official cause of death has not been confirmed, but the outlet reports that she died by suicide.

Pamela stepped into the spotlight with acting roles in a string of projects, including Appointment with Fear, Otherworld and TJ Hooker.

However, her life changed when she landed a role in Knight Rider, where she met David in 1985.

The pair became close and tied the knot in December, 1989, before going on to welcome daughters Taylor Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Hasselhoff together.

They shared the screen once more in Baywatch, where she played Morgan opposite her then-husband’s Mitch Buchanan.

Their marriage wasn’t to last and they went their separate ways in 2006, with David filing for divorce and citing irreconcilable differences.
