Dani Dyer asked fans for help as her 1-year-old daughter Star has become ill and is now ‘bleeding’.

The 27-year-old TV personality and her fiancé Jarrod Bowen welcomed their twin daughters in May last year; Star and Summer.

The former Love Island winner is also mother to Santiago, three, from her previous relationship with Sammy Kimmence.

Taking to Instagram, an exhausted Dani wrote: ‘Star’s got hand, foot and mouth, and you can’t do anything about that, can you?

‘I’ve looked and looked, but is there any remedies because she is scratching it so much she is bleeding.’

There is no cure for hand, foot, and mouth as it usually passes within 10 days, however, the discomfort can be extreme.

Symptoms include a high temperature, sore throat, and appetite changes but mouth ulcers and rashes can also develop.

Dani added: ‘I’ve got a phone call to the doctor but I know they genuinely can’t do anything, and now I’m looking at Summer thinking “you’re going to get it”. I just feel like the illnesses are constant.

‘A few weeks ago Santiago had impetigo, then chicken pox, then Star got a little impetigo. Star is usually the sickly one, if anyone is going to get ill out of the twins it is usually Star. I can’t leave the house!’

In a follow-up video, she thanked fans for their helpful replies, adding that she thought this was ‘way worse’ than chicken pox.

Dani explained a doctor had called her and offered her a course of amoxicillin but she ‘thinks he was confused’ as antibiotics are not used to treat hand, foot and mouth.

The mum lamented that there was nobody around to help her as Jarrod was out for the day and her mum, Joanne, had come down with her own sickness bug.

‘Having a really good day, I’m enjoying myself…’ she joked. ‘Honestly, if I don’t laugh I’ll cry.’
