Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper makes sad confession about harvest

Kaleb Cooper has made a candid confession to his fans, saying that the 2024 harvest season has been “mentally draining.” He also thought last year “was bad,” but admitted that this year has been a “f***er.”

Taking to Instagram, the father of two posted a snap of himself driving his tractor on the final day of harvest on Diddly Squat Farm. He added the caption: “I must admit the 2024 season has mentally drained me!

“As a contractor I thought last year was bad, this year has been a f***er.” [sic]

It was around this time last year when Jeremy Clarkson made a worrying prediction for the upcoming British farm season. The former Top Gear presenter shared an image of a hawthorn tree, full of blooming berries, on his Instagram page in September 2023.

He wrote the caption: “It’s #backbritishfarming day. And please do because it’s been a b*****d of a harvest. And according to Gerald, all those berries mean we are now in for a harsh winter.”

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host is currently wrapping up filming for the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm, which is due to air next year following the success of series three.

Recently, Kaleb’s fame landed him two nominations at the National Television Awards last week: Factual Entertainment and Expert.

Although he didn’t pick up an award on the night, the 25-year-old remained in high spirits when he spoke to press media backstage after the ceremony.

When asked about the prospect of doing I’m A Celebrity, Kaleb revealed that there was a rather huge problem standing in his way. He said: “I can see myself on there one day, maybe. But, I mean, I’ve got to find the right time.

“I’ve still got to get a passport. I haven’t got a passport yet. So, I’ve got to do that before I go on that.”

However, he was keen to point out that he would not consider Strictly Come Dancing and said that his physique was not made for the dancefloor.
