THE DAUGHTER of Marxist revolutionary Che Guevara travelled to London to give a fiery speech urging Brits to rise up and back Palestine over Israel.
Aleida Guevara even evoked the spirit of the dead Fidel Castro as she delivered her rabble-rousing call at a leftwing conference.
She said: “When people raise their voice to struggle for a just peace, they grow as human beings.
“Our commander in chief, Fidel Castro, said a few years ago that Palestine is the worst and largest crime of our era.
“So we need to work out how we can help and work out the logistics of how we can help the Palestinian people.
“And if we all work with that strength no one can stop us. When the people of the world decide – and that word is called victory. Nothing can detain us. We go onwards.”
She arrived at the conference earlier this month with a Cuban diplomat.
She made the firebrand comments at the annual meeting of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, which has staged hugely controversial Gaza protests across the country.
The demos have been mired in accusations of anti Jew racism.
March organisers have always denied antisemitism.
A Jewish Human Rights Watch spokesman said British Jews “have been distressed by the never ending series of protests the PSC has organised in London and other cities”.
Che Guevara was a revolutionary Marxist who travelled around South America preaching armed insurrection.
He was caught and shot by CIA backed soldiers in Bolivia in 1967.
He worked closely with Castro, the cigar smoking charismatic Communist who led Cuba for 50 years.
