Established in 1992 and comprised of beauty professionals and experts, the core CEW Beauty Awards awards celebrating the best in beauty are voted on by 1000 members of the not-for-profit organisation, the 12 Consumer Choice Awards were chosen by consumers across the UK, and the Responsible Beauty Awards were chosen by a panel of expert judges.
