Celebrity Big Brother is back with a star-studded cast and fans have already figured out who will win this year’s show.
As Celebrity Big Brother graces our weeknight TV’s screens once again, fans of the show think they have already figured out who will be the winner of the series just a few minutes into the broadcast.
With a fresh set of housemates entering the infamous house, the hit ITV programme is set to bring us plenty of entertainment over the coming weeks. While 13 stars will be seen to enter the show tonight, many fans have declared who they think will win the crown by the time the third celebrity was announced.
First to enter was Singer Chesney Hawkes, who has many fans fawning over him on social media, followed by Dance Moms star and influencer JoJo Siwa. However, it was the third celebrity fans of the reality show are focusing on.
Trisha Goddard was the third celebrity to enter the house and shared her emotional reasons for joining the show, reports the Mirror. The former morning TV presenter revealed last year she had been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
In February 2024, the TV star sadly announced her breast cancer had returned. Trisha has previously discussed her past experience with cancer and admitted she ended up publicly sharing its return as she felt pressure from keeping the diagnosis to herself.
Trisha has now revealed she wants to openly speak about death during her time on the iconic show. Upon hearing this, many fans have backed the star, with quite a few predicting she will be the winner of the 2025 series.
One fan wrote on social media: “Trisha Goddard for the win.” Another added: “Trisha for the Win!!!!! #CBBUK.” Someone else commented: “Trisha Goddard for the win already! Wow #CBBUK.” While a fourth wrote: “Oh Trisha to win. When I tell you this woman raised us.”
Another fan also shared: “me off to the bookies to bet all my money away on trisha goddard to win, what a queen.” With another viewer declaring: “Trisha is going to win, I’m Calling it from now.”
Before she made her way into the house, Trisha shared she doesn’t want to be seen as a victim. She said: “I’ve been asked to do it every single year, and I’ve always thought, ‘Are you kidding me?’
“When I told my daughter she made a really good point. I’ve got my Instagram and I’ve really been banging on about the language used when it comes to cancer and about services that are needed so people can live their best lives.
“I shout into Instagram but being on Big Brother would show people how you can live successfully with cancer and not be so scared of dying that you become scared of living. So that’s why I’m doing it.”
In tonight’s show, hosts Will Best and AJ Odudu welcomed an array of celebrities into the iconic Big Brother house as this year’s housemates. Each of these celebrities will battle against each other in this massive social experiment to see who can make it to the final.
Last year’s winner was Ibiza Weekender star David Potts, who was up against the likes of Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh, Colson Smith and many more star-studded celebrities.
Before this year’s show even began there have already been several changes, with one of the main ones being a change in location.
And just like most years, the second the show started the games began. Chesney Hawkes was the first to enter the 2025 house and was immediately given a mission. He was tasked with greeting the next four housemates by saying: “I am the one and only, Chesney Hawkes,” in reference to his hit track.
