The Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team, a Formula One team operated by British luxury automobile brand Aston Martin, has announced the launch of a limited run of premium F1 racing simulators.

The simulators will be available to the general public in a limited run, costing between £70,000 to £100,000. The simulator will include everything needed for sim racing, including a PC, wheel, pedals and motion technology.

The simulators in question are more similar to a real-world racing car than a piece of simulation equipment the broader public is used to. Created by Memento Exclusives, a company specialising in F1 and other sports collectibles and memorabilia, the simulators are co-created by the Aston Martin F1 team to be as accurate as possible. Customers will receive the car body with the complete Aston Martin livery and colours, and will be able to choose which driver branding will be featured on the car, Fernando Alonso or Lance Stroll.

The rigs themselves include high-end components such as a high-performance gaming PC, AOC 49′ curved displays, speakers, pedals, wheels and wheelbase, among other accessories. The simulators can also be ordered with or without the nose cone and motion rigging.

Matt Chapman, Head of Licensing and Merchandise at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, said: “This is a really exciting collaboration with our partner Memento Exclusives, bringing the world of Formula One to life for sim racers, collectors and our fans alike. The look and feel of the motion simulator makes it an immersive experience and the addition of movement builds upon the previous simulators we have collaborated on together.”

Aston Martin is not the only Formula One team working with Memento Exclusives on these types of simulation rigs, with the likes of Red Bull, Williams and others also offering similar rigs. The pricing ranges between £70,000 for the Aston Martin model, to £100,000 for the Red Bull Championship edition model.
