Arsenal host Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final showdown tonight.
The Gunners left Real Madrid in a daze last time out in Europe, battering the defending champions 5-1 on aggregate to reach the last four of the competition for just the third time in club history.
But with perhaps the most feared young attack in the competition on hand to cause more mayhem, PSG are looking to end their own long wait for European silverware.
The French champions have already sent two Premier League sides packing in the knockout stages, eliminating Liverpool and Aston Villa en route to the semis.
Arsenal will have the home crowd at the Emirates behind them as they look to draw first blood tonight ahead of next week’s return leg in the French capital.

One hour to kick-off
The teams are confirmed, the stage is set.

Barcola on the bench for PSG
Bradley Barcola started last time out in Europe for PSG but Desire Doue is given the nod tonight. He joins Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in attack in the only change to the side that narrowly lost at Villa Park.
Trossard leads line for Arsenal
As expected, Mikel Merino drops back into his more familiar midfield role this evening with Thomas Partey suspended.
It means Leandro Trossard continues through the middle in attack – having bagged three in his last two appearances playing that role.
Trossard in for Partey is the only change to the Arsenal side that beat Real Madrid in the Spanish capital earlier this month.
Confirmed Arsenal team to face PSG
Raya, Timber, Saliba, Kiwior, Lewis-Skelly, Rice, Merino, Odegaard, Saka, Trossard, Martinelli
Subs: Neto, Setford, Tierney, White, Zinchenko, Sterling, Butler-Oyedeji, Henry-Francis, Nwaneri
Arsenal have arrived

Luis Enrique: We are here to win
PSG boss Luis Enrique has been speaking to Canal+ ahead of kick-off.
‘We’re going there with the best possible mindset. It’s a special day for everyone. We’ve shown our level this season. We want to show our best. The team has been at a high level all season. We’re here to play football and win the match. We want to be aggressive, attacking; that’s the team’s mentality.’
Confirmed PSG team to face Arsenal
Donnarumma, Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Nuno Mendes, Joao Neves, Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz, Doué, Dembélé, Kvaratskhelia
Doue to start over Barcola for PSG
Luis Enrique is spoilt with options in attack but RMC Sport report he has decided to start Désiré Doué over Bradley Barcola to join Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in attack.
Line-ups will be officially confirmed very shortly.
Weak link in PSG for Arsenal to exploit?
PSG boast one of the most stacked attacks in European and in midfield, the options of Vitinha, Joao Neves and Fabian Ruiz aren’t half bad either.
But Arsenal legend Ian Wright believes there is a clear weak link in Luis Enrique’s side.
Gunners undefeated against PSG
As far as omens go, this isn’t a bad one. In the five previous meetings between the two sides, Arsenal have won three and drawn two.

How to watch Arsenal vs PSG tonight
Amazon Prime will have live coverage of match in north London.
But why not stick around? Metro will bring you every kick of the action this evening.
Third semi-final for the Gunners
Arsenal have been here before – In 2006 they beat Villarreal at the semi-final stage before losing to Barcelona in the final.
They were back in the final four in 2009 but were swatted away by Manchester United in front of their own fans.
Having dumped out the defending champions in the previous round, this season feels different.
How we have Arsenal lining up tonight
With Thomas Partey suspended tonight, Mikel Merino will likely have to drop back into his more familiar midfield role. It means Leando Trossard could be tasked with leading the line tonight.

The stage is set
Kick-off is just under two hours away and Mikel Arteta has been urging Arsenal fans all week to get in early.
