Ben White could make his return from injury this weekend with Bukayo Saka also stepping up his recovery during Arsenal’s mid-season training camp in Dubai.
The Gunners defender underwent knee surgery in November having struggled with a number of knocks earlier in the 2024-25 campaign.
White has missed his side’s last 21 games with summer signing Jurrien Timber taking up his role at right-back for much of his absence.
The former Brighton star was part of the group that travelled out to Dubai for six days with Mikel Arteta hopeful the trip can provide the same mental and physical boost it did last season.
White has been pictured back training with his teammates in recent days with the Daily Mail reporting the 27-year-old is likely to be in contention to make his return this weekend.
Arsenal will fly back to the UK later this week ahead of their trip to Leicester City, which kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday afternoon.
Saka is also part of the group out in the Middle East as he recovers from his hamstring injury.

The Arsenal star was forced to undergo surgery in December and is not expected to be back in action until next month.
But his presence in Dubai has been seen as a huge step towards his return having been spotted on crutches less than a month ago.

Arsenal shared images of the England international working in the gym on Monday with one picture revealing the extensive scar on his right leg left following surgery at the end of 2024.
Arteta will be desperate to get Saka back to fill fitness with his attacking options limited.
Having failed in their bid to sign Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa in January, the Gunners were dealt a further blow last week when Gabriel Martinelli was forced off injured in the Carabao Cup defeat to Newcastle United.

The Brazil international is expected to be ruled out for around a month. In addition to Saka being sidelined, Gabriel Jesus is out for the season with a major knee injury.
Kai Havertz is the only member of Arteta’s regular front three fit and available with Leandro Trossard, Raheem Sterling and Ethan Nwaneri’s the manager’s available options for the trip to the King Power Stadium this weekend.
