Ariana Grande’s brother Frankie has just released his debut single after signing a record deal and it’s already being dubbed ‘song of the year’.
In a slightly unexpected turn, the 42-year-old YouTuber announced last week he had a ‘new era loading’.
Fans were anticipating something big and it turns out Frankie is following in his younger sister’s footsteps and releasing music.
Rhythm Of Love dropped today — with a full neon dance music video to boot — and it’s actually really catchy.
He taps into that irresistible late 00s dance-pop sound with bright visuals and a great dance number, all filmed in a LGBTQ+ club filled with drag artists and other queer coded dancers.
And to the internet’s surprise, Frankie’s rhythm is lifting them up.

‘I’m not even joking when i say Frankie Grande released song of the YEAR,’ wrote X account Popmvsics.

Frankie humbly replied: ‘THANK YOU! Well, until Eternal Sunshine deluxe of course. 😊😝🤐.’
His sister’s deluxe album is due out on March 28, following on from her number one album which spent two weeks at the top of the UK charts.
‘Frankie Grande’s new song is fun and it’s a dance bop! I enjoy it!’ shared plainpotatotay.
‘Yes, And? has a brother and I’m GAGGING, Frankie Grande ATE this,’ praised Floptingz as DojasnewFLO said: ‘Why is this hitting?? omg.’

‘Wait why is this so catchy,’ added a shocked coryofilms while _fkamigs joked: ‘I need troye sivan and frankie grande to battle it out for the gay popstar crown.’
Of course, not everyone was feeling the song complaining about him being a ‘nepo sibling’ or that his voice wasn’t on par with Ariana’s.
Frankie has signed to Republic Records, a division of Universal Music, whose roster includes Ariana as well as Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, and The Weeknd.
In his announcement, he said: ‘This album (yes, an ALBUM is coming 😉) is the most personal thing I’ve ever created. It’s a story of sobriety, self-love, and the power of being unapologetically you. If little Frankie could see this, I know he’d be SCREAMING 🌈💖.

‘Thank you to Republic for the support and to everyone for being on this ride with me. This is JUST THE BEGINNING and I’m so excited to share the rest of my new music with everyone!!’
In another Instagram post he said: ‘I’m literally WEEPING!! It’s been such a long time coming, and I put my entire soul into this song.’
Frankie is best known for his TV appearances such as on Celebrity Big Brother, RuPaul’s Drag Race (as a judge), and as a social media personality.
He spends much of his time supporting his famous sister, frequently appearing at events with her over the years.
