Emmerdale’s Kim Tate has said her goodbyes to the famous village.
The soap legend (Claire King) has had a rough few months, following the arrival of Rose Jackson. Rose rocked up to the Dales earlier this year, as the as the estranged ex-wife of Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) and mother of Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley).
It was then revealed that Rose was being blackmailed by Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly) – who is set on destroying Kim Tate (Claire King) and ruining her life.
Kim eventually round out the truth, and fuming, Kim was eager for payback – however, she had no idea that Will had cheated on her with Rose, something the latter secretly recorded.
After confronting Rose at Home Farm, Kim demanded her to leave for good. Along with husband Will, the pair drove Rose to an abandoned area and left her there last week.
But in a shock twist, Rose ended up going missing – which has left Kim’s husband Will suspicious that she had something to do with it. And during Thursday’s episode (August 7) Kim revealed to Will she was leaving the Dales to head to Dubai for work.
“This trip is a business in disguise,” said Kim, before adding: “Because right now I’d rather be anywhere, than here with you.”
