LINDSAY Lohan’s dad Michael has reportedly been arrested for a felony assault.
The alleged arrest comes after Michael Lohan “flipped wife Kate Major out of a chair” which left her with “bruising” before he was charged.

TMZ has cited court documents that claim Michael was arrested in Texas on Saturday.
He was reportedly arrested on a “continuous violence against the family” charge.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has shared that Kate underwent a medical examination when she shared with deputies that her husband “flipped her out of a chair” at their home.
Kate reportedly said she suffered pain and discomfort as a result of the alleged act, said TMZ, citing the Sheriff’s Office.
According to the outlet, who broke the story, a female deputy said that she saw “bruising” on Kate’s body.
The deputy then claims she spoke with Michael before he was placed under arrest without incident at his residence.
Michael’s bond is reportedly set at $30K and he is due in court on Monday.
The couple became engaged around Easter time in 2010.
They later broke up, but their continued relationship played out in the fifth season of the VH1 reality TV series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
In December 2015, Kate filed for legal separation from her husband.
The Sun have contacted Michael’s representatives for comment.
Michael was arrested in 2021 for “receiving illegal kickbacks” after bringing addicts to Florida rehabs.
He was one of 100 people arrested as part of a Palm Beach County investigation of the treatment industry.
He pleaded guilty to five counts of patient brokering and was placed on four years of probation.
